Where: Scale Center is available at no additional cost for all major editions in Production and Full sandbox environments. All Signature, Scale Test, and Partner Large Data Volume (LDV) orgs have access. You can turn on Scale Center for five Standard (non-SysAdmin) users per org. Scale Center is now available in Government Cloud Plus.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scale, then click Scale Center.
