# Sales Engagement Data Is Now Native to The Salesforce Platform

Sales Engagement metrics for new customers are stored natively on the Salesforce Platform. For existing customers, data migration is scheduled to begin in June. With this change, the Sales Engagement Performance dashboard will be deprecated in October. Metrics are shown in a custom report instead.

**Where:** This change applies to Sales Engagement in Lightning Experience. Sales Engagement is available in Performance, Einstein 1, and Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service Cloud and Lightning Platform.

**When:** New Sales Engagement customers get access to Sales Engagement on the Salesforce Platform starting in March. Existing customers get access on a rolling basis starting Summer ’26.

**Why:** With Sales Engagement data stored on the Salesforce Platform, you can now:

- Drill into each engagement type, accessing better insights.
- View the most relevant data from the past 90 days.
- Add Sales Engagement data within Flow.
