# Simplify Meeting Scheduling with a Redesigned Interface

Give prospects a simpler and quicker way to schedule meetings with your sales team. When a user receives a scheduling link generated from Insert Availability in the Lightning Experience Email Composer, Gmail extension, or Outlook add-in, they’re taken to the new interface.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions.

**When:** This change became available in December 2025.

**How:** In Inbox, insert a scheduling link.
