    If you previously worked with Salesforce Customer Support to disable email change verifications, set up authorized email domains instead.

    Microsoft announced the retirement of Exchange Web Services (EWS) starting October 1, 2026. Lightning Sync configurations that use EWS won’t capture or sync data from Microsoft after EWS is retired.
