Why: With the Salesforce mobile app, users can easily capture meeting details.
From your home page or a meeting detail page, launch the In-Person Meeting Assistant and select Start Transcription.
With Einstein Conversation Insights, these meetings can be readily transcribed, summarized, and analyzed for insights and action items.
How: To enable in-person meetings, from Salesforce Go, enter Einstein Conversation Insights under Features. Then enable In-Person Meetings.
