# Get Transcripts and ECI Features for In-Person Meetings

There’s no need to manually capture notes during meetings that happen in person. Sales teams can capture in-person meetings on a mobile device, and get them processed by Einstein Conversation Insights. Avoid manual data entry and focus on your client with secure, confidential mobile AI transcription.

**Where:** This feature requires Einstein Conversation Insights and is available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.

**When:** This feature is available starting in late March 2026.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with access to Einstein Conversation Insights and the Salesforce mobile app.

**Why:** With the Salesforce mobile app, users can easily capture meeting details. From your home page or a meeting detail page, launch the In-Person Meeting Assistant and select **Start Transcription**.

With Einstein Conversation Insights, these meetings can be readily transcribed, summarized, and analyzed for insights and action items.

**How:** To enable in-person meetings, from Salesforce Go, enter Einstein Conversation Insights under Features. Then enable **In-Person Meetings**.
