# Get More ECI Licenses Automatically with Enterprise Edition

Give more members of your sales teams using Enterprise Edition access to Einstein Conversation Insights. If you’re using Enterprise Edition, you can automatically access 2000 Einstein Conversation Insights licenses. Play recordings of conversations to gain visibility into mentions of competitors, products, custom keywords, pricing discussions, and next steps.

**Where:** This change applies to Einstein Conversation Insights in Lightning Experience. Einstein Conversation Insights is available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce1 Sales editions.

**When:** Most Enterprise Edition orgs can access the licenses in February 2026.

Einstein Conversation Insights is not supported in Government Cloud. Other [existing requirements](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.ci_considerations.htm&language=en_US) apply and may preclude access to the product.

**How:** Find the new Einstein Conversation Insights Standard licenses under Permission Sets in Setup. Each Einstein Conversation Insights Standard license includes up to 60 processed hours of calls per year per license.

If you have an Enterprise Edition org that requires over 2000 licenses, contact your Salesforce account rep.
