Control User Access to the Agentforce Sales App in ChatGPT (Beta)

Manage which users can update Salesforce records from the Agentforce Sales App in ChatGPT with a permission set. This update also improves security by requiring users to have a ChatGPT Enterprise account.

Where: This feature is available in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Sales and Einstein for Sales add-ons. Also available with Einstein 1 Sales and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.

Note Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

When: This update is available on a rolling basis starting on February 9, 2026.

Who: To use this feature, you need the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App User permission set and a ChatGPT Enterprise account.

How: From the gear icon, select Salesforce Go, and search for Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App (Beta). Go to the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT app (Beta) page and select Manage User Access. Assign the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App User permission set to users.
