# Cancel Visits, Documents, and Orders on the Mobile App

Give hybrid users and drivers the ability to cancel visits, orders, and delivery documents from their mobile device. Reduce manual communication when external factors, such as traffic, payment issues, or inventory problems, prevent the completion of a visit or order. Configure cancellation reason and geolocation tracking requirements to maintain audit trails for field operations.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1, and Agentforce 1 editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.

**Who:**

- To set up cancellation reasons and geolocation tracking through the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app, you need the Direct Store Delivery for Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App permission set.
- To cancel visits, orders, and documents on the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app, drivers need the CGCloud Tour Driver permission set, OR the (CGCloud Retail Tour Driver AND CGCloud Retail User) permission sets.
- Hybrid users need all the permission sets required for the hybrid user persona. See [Permission Sets From Summer ’24](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_permsets_re_from_summer24.htm&language=en_US).

**How:** In the Visit template, select **Cancel Reason Required** and **Location Capture During Cancel**. In the Order template, select **Cancel Reason Required**.
