# Experience Hands-Free Field Execution in Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App

Give your sales reps a hands-free experience with voice-activated notes, powered by speech-to-text integration, even when they’re offline. Additionally, they can use their voice to capture survey data or update orders in the app using speech-to-text and prompt template APIs when they’re online.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1, and Agentforce 1 editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.

**How:** Customizers configure these new methods in the business logic layer:

- `launchSpeechToTextAsync` - Integrates the speech-to-text interface in the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app.
- `executePromptTemplateAsync` - Calls the prompt template service to generate prompt text.
