# Get In-App Agent Assistance with Agentforce (Generally Available)

Your sales reps can now get help from agents directly in their Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app. They can chat with agents to get account summaries, product recommendations, or promotion details.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1, and Agentforce 1 editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.

**Why:** Your sales reps handle multiple tasks during store visits, from dealing with limited visibility into sales data to time-consuming order entry. This integration gives sales reps direct access to agentic capabilities, enhancing their productivity and helping with decision-making.

**How:** In Setup, turn on the **Retail Execution** setting, and in Sync Settings, enable the **Integrate Agentforce in CG mobile app** setting. Configure the desired agent topics and actions in Salesforce. Admins.

Sales reps restart their Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app and launch the agent by tapping the agent icon on the mobile app page header. If there are multiple agents, you can choose your preferred one from the list and start interacting with it. You can:

- Request summary of specific account.
- Request product recommendations for a particular account.
- Ask for the promotions for a specific product.
- Request a visit summary with key details in one view.
