Do more with the new API in Agentforce Public Sector, formerly Public Sector Solutions, objects.

Support for Regulatory Transaction Fee (RTF) Adjustments and Refunds

The Recompute API is used when fees are recomputed, disputed, or cancelled. The adjustments to the existing Regulatory Transaction Fees (RTFs) can be positive or negative. For fee corrections, it automatically creates a new RTF against the original RTF and a corresponding new invoice for the adjusted amount. The original RTF is always set as the parent of the new RTF record. There are two types of adjustments:

- Positive adjustments: Creates a new RTF and a new invoice for the additional fee.
- Negative adjustments: Creates a new negative RTF and a new invoice, automatically generates a credit memo against the original invoice, adjusts payments, and processes a refund.
