Help job seekers learn about your agency’s mission, hiring policies, and processes by interacting with an AI agent on your recruitment Experience Cloud site. Grounded in your policy manuals, the agent provides accurate responses to candidate inquiries. Candidates can ask follow-up questions to refine results, which helps them understand expectations and saves recruiters from answering repetitive questions.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions where Agentforce Public Sector, formerly Public Sector Solutions, and Data 360 are enabled, with the Agentforce for Public Sector and Agentforce for Public Sector Community add-ons.

**Who:** The agent is available to authenticated and unauthenticated job seekers on your recruitment Experience Cloud site.

**Why:** Candidates often have specific questions about job qualifications or work expectations that static FAQs don’t cover. Instead of waiting for a recruiter to respond, candidates can converse with the agent to get consistent information sourced directly from your agency’s policy manuals.

**How:** Upload your agency’s policy documents, FAQs, and mission statements to the Agentforce Data Library to vectorize the data. Then, configure the Recruitment FAQ Agent to use this data to ground its responses and add the agent to your recruitment site.
