Where: This change is applicable in Lightning Experience for Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions that have Agentforce Public Sector enabled.
Why: Previously, file size limits constrained the inclusion of rich media and large datasets. With this increase to 300 MB available out of the box, you can consolidate all necessary information into a single document file.
