Do more with the new and updated Program and Case Management objects.

Note If you’re an existing customer and you don’t see the new or changed fields, then ask your Salesforce admin to add the fields in the page layout of the respective objects.

Log the criteria that defines a participant’s enrollment eligibility for one or more programs

Use the new EnrollmentEligibilityCriteria object.

Set eligibility criteria and recommendations for a program

Use the new ProgramRecommendationRule object.

Set eligibility criteria by using expression sets that relate directly to the program

Use the new ProgramEnrlEligibilityCrit object.

Note the date when the enrollee’s program eligibility status was last verified

Use the new EligibilityLastVerifiedDate field on the ProgramEnrollment object.

Create a hierarchy of action plan templates to use when applying for multiple programs at once

Use the new ParentTemplate field on the ActionPlanTemplate object.
