# Verify Product Eligibility on Behalf of Customers and Employees

Empower service reps and internal request fulfillers to check whether customers and employees are eligible for a product. Add the Check Product Eligibility Agentforce action to assisted service processes to accelerate fulfillment by offloading entitlement validations to AI agents.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Unified Catalog and applicable Agentforce add-on licenses.

**Why:** The Agentforce action now includes an input to specify the account, contact, or user for product eligibility verification. The enhanced flow that runs the action validates that the service process and the requestor are eligible for the product.
