**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Developer, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Process Compliance Navigator.

**How:** Create a compliance test record designed to validate compliance with regulatory requirements. After you confirm that compliance is effective, then create a compliance control version test execution record to track the details captured during the execution of a compliance control test.
