# Offer Consistent Language Across Receipt Types

Make sure that your customers receive email receipts in the same language that’s on their printed receipts. The Point of Sale app, formerly Retail Cloud Modern POS, now passes the language code selected at checkout by using the e-receipt webhook. Previously, e-receipts defaulted to English regardless of the selection made at the point of sale, causing inconsistencies for non-English speakers.

**Where:** This change applies to Point of Sale.

**How:** In CMS, go to **Custom Connectors** and make sure that you have a webhook configured for customer e-receipts.
