To ensure promotions stay relevant and drive purchases, the new out-of-the-box recommender uses real-time engagement signals and order history to suggest offers your customers are likely to use. This update simplifies handling promotions that are indirectly tied to products, ensuring customers see the most impactful offers. After configuring profile and item data graphs with the necessary Data 360 entities in Salesforce Personalization, you’re all set to add this capability to any personalization point.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Salesforce Personalization add-on.
