- Additional Data Types: More data types are now supported, including Lookup, List of Attachments, Email, Multi-Select Values, Time, Range, Radio Button, URL, and Telephone. These types streamline the service process designer's ability to configure and build comprehensive catalogs.
- Enhanced Context Information: The Attribute Settings page presents detailed context attribute information, making configuration and management clearer.
- Enhanced Display in Case Details: Requestors can view lookup attributes with the record name in case details, providing better visual accessibility, as compared to the previous format that showed IDs.
