Omni-Channel Supervisor is now Command Center for Service in Enhanced Omni-Channel. Only the name has changed. You retain all the features and tools you already use to monitor your teams and optimize performance, now available under Command Center for Service. Standard Omni-Channel retains the Omni-Channel Supervisor name.
