With three new plugins, you can now use an external client app to configure mobile features. The mobile app plugin for external client apps enables mobile-specific features, such as screen lock upon a custom timeout value. The push notification plugin enables a mobile app’s push notifications for an Android or iOS device. With the new notifications plugin, you can configure your mobile app to receive custom notifications.

Note The mobile app, push notifications, and notifications plugins for External Client Apps are pilot or beta services that are subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory.
