# Manage Asset Recall Inquiries Using Prebuilt Service Templates

Use prebuilt service process templates to handle asset-related recall inquiries, such as eligibility questions or dealer appointment details. These templates help Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) accelerate implementations, enabling faster deployments and improving operational efficiency. Easily view the list of assets for the selected customer account, check whether a specific asset is part of an active recall, and share details of the relevant authorized service partners. A case is created and automatically closed post fulfillment of the service process request and an email is sent to the customer with the relevant recall inquiry details.
