# Accelerate Sales Tasks with Industries Sales Concierge

Empower your sales representatives with AI-driven conversational guidance and actionable insights to work faster and smarter, completing key sales tasks efficiently. Using the Industries Sales Concierge topic, sales reps can search for products and parts with conversational queries, retrieve pricing from the standard price book, and find relevant distributors who sell the chosen products or accessories. The agent helps reps pursue sales conversations with out‑of‑the‑box actions for opportunity and quote creation, initiate trade‑in requests for existing assets, generate appraisal records, and draft emails.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Manufacturing add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Manufacturing Edition.

**Who:** To use the Manufacturing Sales Concierge agent topic, users need the Criteria-Based Search and Filter, and Partner Lead Management permission sets.

**Why:** Sales representatives manage multiple steps across product discovery, distributor selection, opportunity creation, and asset trade-ins. Performing these tasks manually increases effort and slows response times. AI-assisted interactions reduce context switching, convert natural language requests into structured actions, and help sales reps provide faster, more accurate responses to customer requests.

**How:** In Setup, on the Agentforce Agents page, click **New Agent**. Then, select the Industries Sales Assistance agent template in Agent Builder.

To use the Industries Sales Concierge topic, launch the Agentforce panel, and specify an utterance, such as “show me products manufactured by Acme Industries".
