# Manage Brands, Campaigns, and SMS Code Requests from Production Only

Your changes to brands, campaigns, and SMS code requests are now restricted to production environments.

**Where:** This change applies to Enhanced SMS channels. [View supported editions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.messaging_editions.htm&language=en_US).

**Why:** In sandbox orgs, the Regulatory Compliance node will be in read-only mode, preventing admin users from making changes except viewing submitted requests. This ensures all brands and campaigns are registered in production instances to meet regulatory requirements.

For SMS code requests, you will be able to request them only from your production org.

**How:** Continue to request brands, campaigns, and SMS codes from your production instances.
