# Convert Approved SMS Codes to SMS Channels in Service Cloud

You can now convert your approved SMS codes to SMS channels in bulk or individually from Setup.

**Where:** This change applies to Enhanced SMS channels. [View supported editions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.messaging_editions.htm&language=en_US).

**Why:** You are no longer required to raise a support ticket to get the codes converted to channels, making the setup experience faster and more efficient.
