# Avoid Surprises with New License Checks in Messaging

During messaging channel setup, we now let you know if you’re missing or running low on brand licenses, campaign licenses, or SMS lease licenses, or SMS or WhatsApp message credits. We also show the number of licenses or requests remaining. These messages are visible on the Regulatory Compliance and Messaging Settings pages in Setup.

**Where:** This change applies to all orgs with the Agentforce Contact Center Digital add-on. [View supported editions for Messaging](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.messaging_editions.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

**When:** The Agentforce Contact Center Digital add-on is available starting on February 23, 2026. WhatsApp message credit requirements apply starting March 27, 2026. SMS message credit requirements apply starting March 27, 2026, with additional updates on May 1, 2026.
