To quickly create Marketing Cloud Next users, duplicate existing users from Marketing Cloud Engagement. When you create users this way, those users are automatically assigned the necessary permissions to start using Marketing Cloud Next right away. Now, it’s easier for marketing teams to explore and adopt the next-generation capabilities in Marketing Cloud Next.
Where: This feature is available in Marketing Cloud Engagement Pro+, Corporate+, and Enterprise+ Editions.
When: This feature is available on a rolling basis beginning February 27, 2026.
Who: Any admin with the Marketing Cloud Administrator role in Marketing Cloud Engagement can use this feature.
How: In the Users section of Marketing Cloud Engagement Setup, select the users to duplicate, and then click Add to MC Next.
