- Agentforce for Manufacturing
Scale operations and increase productivity with Agentforce for Manufacturing. New AI-driven capabilities support sales, service estimation, and proactive maintenance. Users can streamline product searches, quote creation, entitlement handling, and pricing calculations, while the agent reduces manual effort and ensures a more accurate outcome. - Manufacturing for Sales
Optimize product sample management and streamline the full lifecycle from request to fulfillment and feedback within a unified ecosystem. Easily manage large sales agreements by viewing up to 20 product lines per page. Use enhanced filters to quickly narrow down associated products, making it faster to track, analyze, and update specific product details. - Manufacturing for Services
Enhance operational efficiency with new capabilities that streamline inventory management. Allocate and count inventory with greater accuracy, manage time sheets, and accelerate recall handling with pre-built templates. - Allocate Inventory Efficiently Across Locations
Manage inventory allocation for sales orders and work orders across multiple locations with accurate, real-time visibility. View stock statuses, such as on-hand, allocated, and available, and soft-reserve inventory for specific orders. Assign inventory to orders to prevent overcommitment, and maintain accurate inventory visibility, even during high-volume, concurrent transactions. This helps prevent stock conflicts, improves tracking accuracy, and supports smarter, more efficient fulfillment decisions. - Enhance Search Experience with Criteria-Based Search and Filter
Criteria-Based Search and Filter (CBSF) now provides a more intuitive and reliable search experience with consistent data display and clear visibility into when data was last updated. Date-time fields appear in the user’s timezone using standard Salesforce formatting, and currency fields display symbols instead of codes. Any Word Search is enabled by default in all orgs, and users can view the Last Refreshed Date for search results, enhancing clarity and efficiency. - Extend Stage Management to Additional Manufacturing Objects
Implement stage management across more Manufacturing objects such as Asset, Fleet, Appraisal, Appraisal Item, Product Service Campaign Group Definitions and Product Service Campaign Group Causal Item. Provide a structured, traceable, and controlled process for managing the life-cycle of Manufacturing business operations through defined stages. Maximize service efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer lifetime value. - Optimize Channel Operations with Enhanced Channel Revenue Management
Channel Revenue Management now provides enhanced control and efficiency across partner inventory and incentive programs. New features include Stock Rotation Incentives, allowing partners to return or scrap aging stock for rotation credits, while maintaining financial control through precise budget allocation and tracking. Incentive budgets can now be defined, allocated, and monitored across partners and programs. Operational efficiency is improved with integrated workflows for partner submission, eligibility validation, claim creation, and budget tracking. - Access Manufacturing Features and Setup in One Place
Salesforce Go now supports a broader range of Manufacturing features that you can configure and manage from a single location in Setup. Implement features faster, reduce context switching, and simplify setup across your org. - New and Changed Objects for Manufacturing

New and Enhanced Common Features for Manufacturing
Manufacturing includes access to some features that are available across clouds and products in Industries. Use these features to extend and customize Manufacturing Cloud based on your business needs.
- Action Launcher
Make recommendations available in companion orgs to help teams quickly resolve customer issues. Deploy file-based data kits to configure Recommended Actions.
- Asset Service Lifecycle Management
Quickly find and manage inventory with enhanced batch-level details and search capabilities, improving accuracy and streamlining your inventory processes. Timesheet and labor cost enhancements simplify time tracking, bulk entries, shift differential management, and error correction on mobile devices.
- Business Rule Engine
Build more granular business-specific configurations by further categorizing Usage Types available in your Salesforce product into Usage Subtypes. Usage Subtype values are available to you depending on your industry solution and permission sets. Asynchronous processes in decision tables now create events when they are completed.
- Connected Assets
Connect, monitor, and control assets in real time to drive smarter service operations. Define asset structures, collect telemetry data, trigger remote actions, and integrate with Digital Twin to optimize performance, reduce downtime, and enable proactive service delivery.
- Context Service
Sort and filter data with context filters to retrieve precise and contextually relevant data with dynamic data filters in Context Service. Ensure continuous data flow across applications by modifying mappings without deactivating context definitions. The Time To Live (TTL) value of context instances created by Apex and flows is set to 10 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
- Data Processing Engine
DPE now offers a debugging feature in beta for CRMA jobs, providing enhanced visibility into failures and outputs to empower users and reduce support reliance. Write back transformed data directly to data model objects (DMOs) using the Data Cloud runtime, with options to create DMOs and validate data types. Writeback nodes are updated to support upserting records with an External ID, improving data sync across different systems. Three new formula functions have been added to give you more control and flexibility in data transformation. The Data Cloud runtime now includes functionality such as composite and custom nodes, the ability to write back to new DLOs, and a debug mode for saving node output record counts.
