Note MCP Tools for LWC Development is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**How:** The `lwc-experts` toolset includes several more tools to assist with LWC development.

- `create_lds_graphql_mutation_query`: Provides guidance for creating GraphQL mutation queries
- `explore_lbc_components`: Provides guidance on base component usage
- `explore_slds_styling` (NON-GA): Provides guidance for SLDS styling hooks with support for exact lookup, fuzzy matching, prefix search, and wildcard patterns.
- `explore_slds_blueprints` (NON-GA): Searches and explores Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) Blueprints by name, category, lightning component, SLDS class, or styling hook, returning full blueprint specs
- `fetch_lds_graphql_schema`: Fetches GraphQL schema structure for Lightning Data Service
- `guide_lbc_usage`: Provides an index of base components to help identify which components you can use
- `guide_lo_migration`: Converts a Lightning Out (beta) host page into a Lightning Out 2.0 page
- `guide_slds_blueprints` (NON-GA): Retrieves SLDS blueprints guidance, reference documentation, and a complete index of available blueprints by category
- `guide_slds_styling` (NON-GA): Retrieve SLDS styling hooks guidance and reference documentation.
- `guide_utam_generation` (NON-GA): Provides UI Test Automation Model (UTAM) Page Object generation guidelines and best practices
- `reference_lwc_compilation_error`: Provides details for LWC compilation errors, including error patterns, possible causes, and recommended fixes
- `test_lds_graphql_query`: Tests a GraphQL query against a connected Salesforce org and returns the result

The `experts-validation` toolset is new. Use this toolset to validate and score LWC components for production readiness across accessibility, security, and best practices. The `experts-validation` toolset provides these MCP tools.

- `validate_and_optimize`—Validates code quality by running the Code Analyzer, Data, LWC best practices, Security, and Accessibility validators.
- `score_issues`—Consumes the validator findings to compute an overall readiness score from 0 to 100 and assigns a quality grade, such as review-for-production, prototype, or draft.

`experts-validation` is also available for React apps in [Salesforce Multi-Framework](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_vibe_code_validate_and_score.htm&release=260&type=5 "Check that your React apps meet quality standards with the validation framework in Agentforce Vibes. The validation framework runs a workflow against a set of validators for code quality, security, and accessibility. It returns a readiness score and quality grade to help you get your apps ready for production.").

These tools have changes:

- The `orchestrate_lwc_slds2_uplift` (NON-GA) tool now analyzes LWC code along with SLDS Linter output to fix issues using SLDS 2 knowledge, and provides migration guidance for upgrading to SLDS 2.
- The `explore_lds_graphql_schema` and `guide_lwc_slds2_uplift_linter_fixes` tools have been removed.
- The `guide_lwc_security` tool has been renamed as `guide_lws_security`.
- The

    ```
    guide_lwc_accessibility
    ```

    tool has been renamed as `guide_component_accessibility`.

Note

Some tools are not yet generally available (NON-GA). To use NON-GA tools, specify the `--allow-non-ga-tools` flag in your DX MCP Server configuration.

We recommend that you use the LWC MCP tools via Agentforce Vibes Extension. Agentforce Vibes is pre-configured with the Salesforce DX MCP Server (Beta). To enable the LWC MCP tools using other clients, such as Cursor or VS Code with Copilot, install the Salesforce DX MCP Server (Beta).
