Life Sciences Cloud offers the Store Check and Remote Engagement with Microsoft Teams features through limited pilots. Participation in these pilots is optional and at your organization’s discretion.
Where: These features are available in:
- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Data 360, Life Sciences Cloud license, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).
Note Store Check and Remote Engagement with Microsoft Teams are pilot or beta services that are
subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if
executed by Customer. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole
discretion.
Why: These pilot features are available:
- Store Check (Pilot): Empower your field teams to move faster with real-time shelf insights, streamlined performance monitoring, and guided in-store execution directly within their workflow. Use Store Check to create products, assortments, high-level task types, and related key performance indicators, each with target values customized to your business needs. Sales reps can then use the Store Check page in the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement mobile app to efficiently complete their in-store activities.
- Remote Engagement with Microsoft Teams (Pilot): Expand your remote engagement capabilities by using Microsoft Teams as a conferencing platform for remote sessions. Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement generates Microsoft Teams meeting links, and healthcare professionals can join remote sessions quickly by using their existing Microsoft Teams accounts on their mobile devices. During remote sessions, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement captures details and metrics for the content shared.
