Improve the quality of your search results by using Data 360 to create a search index of the content in presentation files. While online, field users can search for presentations by using either keywords or conceptual terms and phrases, making it easier to find the most relevant materials. Previously, search results included only standard keyword-based matches on presentation names and metadata properties.

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Data 360, the Life Sciences Cloud license, and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).
Who: Salesforce admins with the Data Cloud Architect permission set can configure a search index. To use content-based search in the content library, users need the Data Cloud User permission set.
