# Intelligent Content

Expand your search beyond just presentation names and metadata properties by searching within presentation content. Share presentations with healthcare professionals as unique links instead of as email attachments.

- **[Share Presentations as Unique Email Links](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_lsc_customer_engagement_intelligent_content_send_as_links.htm&release=260&type=5)**
Maximize the impact of your content by enabling field users to send presentations as links in preapproved email templates. By using email links, healthcare professionals (HCPs) can view content in a dedicated portal without downloading email attachments. Manage when presentations are available so that HCPs always see the most up-to-date content, and maintain access controls by defining when links expire. Use rich engagement data—including pages viewed, time spent per page, and the HCP’s navigation path—to optimize presentations for future engagements.
- **[Use Smart Content Search to Find Relevant Presentations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_lsc_customer_engagement_intelligent_content_search.htm&release=260&type=5)**
Improve the quality of your search results by using Data 360 to create a search index of the content in presentation files. While online, field users can search for presentations by using either keywords or conceptual terms and phrases, making it easier to find the most relevant materials. Previously, search results included only standard keyword-based matches on presentation names and metadata properties.
