# Improve User Engagement with Prioritized Accounts

Help your users focus on the right accounts with the enhanced Next Best Customer component. The updated display offers clearer scoring visibility, intuitive rationales, and richer account insights, powered by the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) framework. The ARC framework enables a more flexible and informative display of account details, allowing you to make faster and more informed engagement decisions. You can configure the rationale display and related settings directly from the Admin Console.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** Create a relationship graph using the Actionable Relationship Center and add the Next Best Customer component to the home page using the Lightning App Builder.
