Get a faster, more secure, and more efficient Salesforce Scheduler experience with enhancements that include Scheduler flow components in LWR sites, increased service resource capacity for appointments, and a simplified flat list view for waitlist participants.
- Run Salesforce Scheduler Flows More Efficiently in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Sites
Get a faster and more secure scheduling experience with Scheduler Lightning Web Components in LWR sites. All Salesforce Scheduler flow components are now available as Lightning Web Components, making them compatible with LWR sites. Previously, some flow components used Aura components and were limited to Aura-based sites. - Add More Service Resources to Appointments
Salesforce Scheduler now supports adding up to 20 mandatory service resources to a single appointment in appointment booking flows. Now, when scheduling an appointment in the user interface, you can add more service resources and find the right slot. This change supports complex scheduling scenarios, such as tribunals, court hearings, panel reviews, team presentations, and so on. - Easily View Waitlist Participants With a Flat List
More efficiently manage large waitlists with a flat waitlist of participants. This change improves the readability of waitlists by grouping and displaying waitlist participants in a single list ordered by check-in time. When enabled, you can also use custom appointment groups. Previously, participants were always grouped by work type group. - Aura Components in Salesforce Scheduler Flows Are Scheduled for Retirement
Aura Components in Salesforce Scheduler Flows are scheduled for retirement on February 14, 2027. You can continue to use the Aura components until that date, but we recommend transitioning to LWR sites for modernized scheduling flows. - Other Changes to Salesforce Scheduler
