Process traceable redemption transactions asynchronously to handle high redemption volumes more effectively. You can enable a setting that processes redemptions in real-time, while the traceability record creation shifts to asynchronous processing.

Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Loyalty Management.

How: On the Loyalty Management Settings page, turn on Processes traceable redemption transactions asynchronously to handle a high volume of data. Use the Map Traceable Points for Redemption Transactions invocable action to process the pending traceability records.
