# Create Tailored Service Map Layouts to Focus on the Insights That Matter

Visualize service dependencies the way that your teams need them with configurable service map layouts. Select Configuration Item (CI) types and CI relationships to create focused dependency layouts that support troubleshooting, planning, and impact analysis. Custom layouts help different teams see the right level of detail and understand operational risks quickly and accurately.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited, Enterprise, and Performance Editions with Agentforce IT Service where Salesforce CMDB & Service Graph is enabled.

**Who:** Users must have the IT Service Configuration Item Owner permission sets.

**Why:** Different teams require different views of service dependencies. Tailored layouts help users analyze operational impact, review downstream effects, and understand the relationships that matter to their role.

**How:** From the app launcher, open **Salesforce CMDB and Service Graph** app. In the navigation pane, select **Service Graph Layout** under CMDB in Administration. You can view the ready-to-use service graph layouts and create custom layouts from here.

To use these service map layouts, go to **All Configuration Items** in the left navigation pane. Select a CI that has relationships and then click **Service Graph**. You can view the layouts from the **Service Graph Layout** list. Use **Download Service Graph** to download your Service Graph in various formats.
