We have combined previous solution bundles into one Agentforce IT Service Initial Setup card, significantly simplifying the installation process. Admins can now select which solution bundle to deploy and also they can deploy both data and metadata or only metadata.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited, Enterprise, and Performance Editions with Agentforce IT Service when Data Cloud is enabled.
Why: The standard setup now automatically activates critical features like the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), notifications, and default SLA policies.
