Authorize exceptional payments for loss claims that exceed the policy or coverage limits. Track ex gratia payments for auditability while capping consumption at the remaining limit. **Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the DigitalInsuranceClaimManagementAddOn, DigitalInsuranceClaimManagementPCAddOn, DigitalInsuranceClaimManagementCCAddOn, DigitalInsuranceProductAdministrationAddOn, DigitalInsurancePolicyAdministrationAddOn, DigitalInsuranceProductRuntimeCCAddOn, and DigitalInsuranceProductRuntimePCAddOn licenses.
