# Streamline Cash Flow with Automated Payment Processing

Automate the collection of payments for policy invoices and processing of refunds for policy changes or cancellations. Settle open balances promptly and maintain accurate financial reporting by applying payments directly to policy invoices.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Insurance Brokerage SKU is enabled.

**How:** From the App Launcher, open **Billing Batch Schedulers**, and create a Payment Scheduler. Give it a name, choose when and how often to run payments, set any needed matching criteria, and activate the scheduler.
