The Hyperforce public IP address ranges have been expanded to include inbound addresses for traffic to your Salesforce org. Previously, these ranges contained IP addresses only for connections from Salesforce to the customer network. Now, these ranges also contain IP addresses for inbound connections to your Salesforce org. Salesforce recommends adopting modern security practices, such as mTLS, instead of allowlisting on Hyperforce. But for customers with an insurmountable business or compliance requirement to use allowlists, Salesforce provides Hyperforce public IP ranges in JSON format.
Where: This change applies to all Salesforce orgs that manage connectivity using IP allowlists, including those on Hyperforce and on first-party infrastructure. These ranges support products built on the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, and Industries clouds, as well as Tableau and the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. These addresses are not for email, and not for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Slack.
How: Access the Hyperforce public IP address ranges at https://ip-ranges.salesforce.com/ip-ranges.json.
