# Improve Employee Experience with New Unified Employee License for HR Service

Accelerate HR Service adoption with Unified Employee License (UEL). UEL streamlines administration, delivers wall-to-wall employee coverage, and provides the right level of access for efficient work. It now includes Manager Provisioning along with support for Agentforce actions, employee provisioning, Unified Catalog items, and employee enablements.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited Edition with HR Service.

**Who:** All new users need UEL to access HR Service features.
