Help care managers administer assessments faster by enabling suggested responses for Discovery Framework-based internal assessments and Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG) assessments. Reduce manual data entry by getting suggested responses for assessment questions based on sources such as previous responses and Einstein Generative AI. Care managers can review, accept, or dismiss the suggestions to ensure human oversight and deliver an improved patient experience.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses.
Who: This feature is available to users with the Health Cloud Foundation, Context Service Runtime, Prompt Template User, and Suggested Assessment Responses permission sets.
How: To enable suggested responses for MCG assessments, from Setup, go to the Integrated Care Management Settings page, and turn on Suggested Responses for MCG Assessments. To enable suggested responses for internal assessments, go to the Assessment Settings page in the Discovery Framework section, and turn on Suggested Responses. Then, configure the suggested response sources for both MCG and internal assessments.
