# Streamline Care Plan Updates with the Enhanced Workflow

Get a clean and structured care plan and reduce administrative overhead when you update care plan elements. Care managers can add new problems, goals, and interventions to a care plan’s existing hierarchy without duplicating the care plan elements.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Health Cloud.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with the Care Plans Access permission set.

**How:** No additional configurations required.
