# Enhance Health Outcomes with Offline Home Healthcare Assessments

Drive the effective execution of home healthcare visits by capturing patient assessment responses, even in low- or no-connectivity environments. Clinicians can save time and maintain workflow efficiency by using the Salesforce Field Service mobile app to complete assessments offline. Provide uninterrupted care services and capture critical data, regardless of where the care is delivered.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud and the Home Health add-on licenses.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with the Home Health Caregiver or Home Health Clinician permission set license.

**How:** From Setup, go to Briefcase Builder, and create a Briefcase for Home Health. Set up object permissions to access all the required home healthcare details.
