# Review the Accuracy of Extracted Data with Confidence Scores

Improve extraction accuracy and save review time with a confidence score next to each extracted field. Help your public health investigators and case intake specialists identify values that fall within a defined low-confidence range and require an additional manual review. Strengthen validation, minimize errors, and maintain high-quality health records by concentrating efforts only on fields that require attention.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Health Cloud with the Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on license.

**Who:** This feature is available to users with the Health Cloud Foundation, Data Cloud User, Disease Surveillance, and Document AI for Health permission sets.

**How:** To configure the low-confidence score range, in Setup, go to the Document AI for Health page. Click **Create Extraction Template** and define the score range.
