# Future-Proof Your Application Process with the Application Form Object

Configure your grant application intake process by using the Application Form object, the standard for applications across Agentforce Nonprofit, formerly Nonprofit Cloud, and Industries. The Application Form and related objects support key features such as compliant data sharing, stage management, and form framework. Adopting this standard makes sure that you can leverage future platform enhancements as they're released.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Nonprofit for Grantmaking, formerly Nonprofit Cloud for Grantmaking are enabled.

**Who:** Admins need the Grantmaking Manager permission set. External users need the Grantmaking for Experience Cloud permission set. Internal application reviewers need the Grantmaking Internal Reviewer permission set. External application reviewers need the Grantmaking External Reviewer permission set.
