Increase usage of promotions and assist sales motions by showing promotions to in-store employees and sales reps who manage assisted sales in the preferred language. Show customers promotions in their language on Experience Cloud sites.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Global Promotions Management.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Translation Workbench, and then select Translation Workbench. Turn on Data Translation and Translation Workbench. Translators can translate promotions directly on Promotion records.
