    Strategic messaging just got faster. Now, you can define audience segments directly from the Lead and Contact lists you’re already using. When you filter your Contacts or Leads and click **Send Email**, Salesforce now automatically creates a corresponding audience segment. Reach the right people at exactly the right time without leaving your list view.

All emails you create are automatically saved to your CMS Content Workspace for easy access and reuse. It's all accessible right from your Sales list views, so you can automate your outreach via an intuitive interface, without having to open another tab.
