Customize the Gift Entry Grid to match your unique fundraising processes. Admins can create and manage multiple templates, select an active gift entry template on Gift Batch, add or remove columns, and integrate custom Lightning components for tasks like payment processing. Build a targeted and efficient experience that helps your users capture the right gift data quickly and accurately.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Fundraising is enabled.
Who:
- Admins with the FundraisingAccess permission set and the Agentforce Default Admin permission set can set up the agent.
- Users with the FundraisingAccess permission set can use Fundraising in Agentforce Nonprofit, formerly Nonprofit Cloud.
- Admins of Fundraising with Agentforce Education, formerly Education Cloud, turn on Fundraising in Agentforce Education and then create and assign a permission set to your users.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Gift Entry, and select Gift Entry Settings. Turn on the Gift Entry Grid and create and manage your templates.
